Do the cleaning clothes have antibacterial properties?
Hi Linda, no they do not.
They are machine washable. But can you use any detergent? Are there any special recommendations with washing them?
Hi Dani, yes these are machine washable with or without soap. Personally, I recommend not drying them in the dryer, I hang dry mine. I hope this helps
