Q&A

I have a bag that is 14.5" wide. Wondering what you recommend for closing it? Any plans on selling an extra-extra-long gripstic?
Hi Kathy, we have a 17" handle available on our website. It's the green one. And, as a tip you can use a shorter handle on a larger bag. Only open one section of the top bag (like the corner). Fold the bag and slide the GRIPSTIC handle across the bag from the opened side. It will stop before the end of the bag. However, that end would still be sealed because you only opened the corner (or a portion of the bag) which is now sealed by the GRIPSTIC handle. I hope this helps!
I accidentally ordered too many items and want to delete some from my cart. How do I do that?
Hi Maureen, sorry you are having issues. Hopefully I can help. Please click on the cart icon (top right side of page). Once in your cart page, you will notice an X on the left side near the image of the product. Click the X and it will be removed from your cart. Conversely, you can just change the quantity by highlighting the quantity and changing it to the proper quantity you would like, then click on the update cart. Hopefully this helps, if not, you can always call us 419-874-5444 and we can help.
I got some as a gift...don't have a clue as to how they work...just laying in my drawer. anybody want 'em??
our family loves them. just fold a bag down and slid the gripstic underneath the fold. It does not work real well with all bags but it does with most.I gave my whole family these for Christmas colleen
